All items ship registered parcel with tracking number from Melbourne, Australia.
Please allow 1-2 business days (not include weekend and public holiday) for us to process and dispatch your order as most of our products are handmade. Our team pledge to dispatch every order immediately.
Upgraded express shipping orders are prioritized and processed within 1 business day, with the exception of holidays. Please see table below for estimated shipping timelines (once your package leaves our office!)
All orders over $200 AUD will be automatically covered by insurance for lost, stole and damaged packages.
We ship all the items in one parcel. Do notify us if you want your order to be packed separately on the notes during checkout.
Tracking code will be provided for all orders. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination on the same account, orders will be combined with one tracking code unless otherwise requested.

For international orders, we offer free shipping with a minimum purchase of AUD $65 (code FREESHIP65).

Please note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch. The day as we mention above, is the business day (not include weekend and public holiday).
Take a note that we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, especially during busy period and season.
Need it faster? We've got you covered! Our express shipping options get you your sparkle within a couple business days. Note that holidays falling on weekdays are not business days. Please note that choosing expedited shipping for orders that include personalized items or items with a future ship date will be shipped with expedited shipping once the item is available to ship.
All express delivery times and prices are based on orders shipping to most major cities. Shipments going to remote locations may require additional charges and an extra business day for delivery.
Please allow at least 1 business days after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact us at info@ sayheyaccessories.com so that we can assist you further.
Please also note that the shipping fee is not refundable in the event of wrong information of delivery placed by customers.
If your tracking number says that your package has arrived, but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following:
- Verify the shipping address on your order is correct
- Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
- Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden area
- Check to see if your neighbours or someone in your residence accepted it
- Allow an extra 1-2 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving
Sayhey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your package. In cases where your package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package.
If your package is over $200 AUD, it is automatically covered by insurance for lost, stolen and damaged packages. All claims can be easily filed through us.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
