The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

    Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    We will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:

    1. The address provided by you was not correct.
    2. The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

    We will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the jewellery has been sent back to us.
    In that case, We will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.
         

    REPLACEMENT

    If the jewellery are exhibiting a genuine fault (gold layer fades, stone falling, break in shape) in between 14 days after delivered even with your proper care, we will provide an exchange once the inspection done.
