We do accept refunds in case if you received damaged or wrong item.

To be eligible for refund, you need to contact us by mail within 3 days since receiving of your order. You need to provide order details and evidence clearly showing that item which you received is not that which you have ordered or that item is damaged.

Once we receive necessary information from you, it will be validated and decision about refund will be taken. If refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
